CA CCW/LTC - SACRAMENTO County CA CCW/LTC - SAN JOAQUIN County
CA CCW Modification Request (to qualify with and ADD a weapon to your current/valid CCW). This form can also be used to add (qualify with) a weapon prior to your final CCW issuance appointment.
